ALEX

I found my love for the mountains when I went on my first ski holiday to France at 7 years old. Since then, that passion has been solidified by family hiking trips up the UK's 3 peaks, sunrise yoga next to alpine lakes, and ski touring into the serene back country of the Swiss Alps.

Ever since that first holiday, I knew I wanted to live in the mountains and in 2012 I became a qualified ski instructor. I have worked in ski resorts all over the world, and I hold the BASI Alpine Level 3 ISIA qualification.

My favourite part of ski instructing is being able to share my love for the mountains with my clients. Through The White Peak Collection, I hope to be able to share that love year round.

CHARLOTTE

I found my love for the mountains later in life when I visited Lake Tahoe, California, at 18. Since then, I have visited mountains in Scotland, Switzerland and Colorado and have enjoyed making Zermatt my mountain home.

I've got a varied background, mostly working with children, from paediatric nursing to many years of nannying, as well as tutoring children with special educational needs. I've also spent several years working in customer service and truly understand the difference a smooth booking process can make.

I am hugely passionate about mental health advocacy and the positive effects of being active in the outdoors. You'll find me hiking, swimming in the lakes, trail running or skiing and writing all about their benefits on our blog.
